The flight

Hike & fly: walk up, fly down

Half a day in the mountains, then a long soaring flight down to the valley.

A range chosen based on the weather

We meet at the start of the hike, in the range chosen based on your preferences and, above all, the day's flying conditions: Bauges, Chartreuse, Belledonne, or another area depending on the day. Expect roughly 800 m of elevation gain to reach take-off, more if you're up for it.

The hike with a high mountain guide

The hike is at your own pace, accompanied by a high mountain guide who is also your pilot. You bring your own hiking gear.

A long, contemplative soaring flight

Once up high, take-off happens from the mountain for a long, contemplative soaring flight, carried by the terrain down to a landing in the valley. It's a flight designed to fully enjoy the scenery, gently. If conditions allow, you can also try taking the controls for a moment.

A classic hiking outfit to bring yourself: good walking shoes, clothing suited to the day's weather, water and sunglasses. For the flight, keep a fleece and a windproof jacket in your bag: it's cooler in the air than on the ground, even in summer.

If the weather doesn't allow a safe flight, it's rescheduled at no extra cost. On your side, let us know at least 48 hours ahead to change the date. Within 48 hours, the flight remains due, unless you have a valid reason (a medical certificate, for example).
