Tandem paragliding flight in Savoie, France, arms wide open above the mountains
Our approach

Far from mass tourism

AlpineFly was born from a simple conviction: tandem paragliding deserves better than a standardised joyride. Launch sites chosen for their panorama, gear maintained every season, a small team of instructors who take the time to talk before taking off.

Every flight adapts to whoever lives it: a reassuring first flight, a moment of thrills, an occasion worth marking, or a real mountain hike. The common thread: the same standards, whichever formula you choose.

The pilot

Stéphane Angénieux

State-certified high mountain guide · Paragliding instructor

I've been flying for over ten years, across every form paragliding can take: acro, cross-country, hike & fly, with a bit of hike & fly competition along the way. Paragliding instructor since 2021, with a single aim: to share with my passengers what I feel on every flight.

Alongside that, I've been a high mountain guide since 2016, summer and winter alike. That's the job that really taught me to read a mountain: the wind, the snow, the light, the days worth it and the ones better left for another time. I also offer ascents with a paragliding descent, to experience the mountain from summit to valley floor.

That dual expertise is what sets AlpineFly apart: you fly with someone who knows the mountain, not just paragliding. Most of the time, you'll be flying with me.
